500-002 – Image Licensing Agreement

PhotoVoice is a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales, with registration number 14574182, and which promotes the ethical use of photography for positive social change.

I have been provided with images and captions by PhotoVoice which are available in the online gallery specified above. PhotoVoice is granting me the license to use these images to promote the work of both my organisation and the project that these images and captions originated from.

By accepting the terms of this agreement, I am confirming that:

• I and others in my organisation will only use images when accompanied by the relevant credit line for them. This will be in the form of the credit line embedded to the image.
• If it is not possible for me and others in my organisation to incorporate the credit line as part of the image itself, the credit line will accompany the image use in close proximity to the image itself. • I and others in my organisation will not attempt to hide or reduce the prominence of the credit line in any way. 
• I and others in my organisation will make every effort to accompany any images with the caption which has been written to accompany it. 
• In the event that PhotoVoice receives withdrawal of consent for images and captions which are included in this agreement, I and others in my organisation will not use the images and captions in any future activities. Where possible, images and captions will be withdrawn from use. 
• I and others in my organisation will not seek to use the images and captions for any commercial purposes, including selling images in any format (including but not limited to prints, posters, postcards, calendars). This excludes images and captions used for fundraising and promotion purposes (where the promotion contributes to income generation) so long as the images themselves do not constitute the primary purpose of the income generation activity.
