This loan agreement between PhotoVoice and {name-1} sets out the conditions of the loan.

The item being loaned is {text-1}. The loan will take place between {date-1} and {date-2}.

In the event that the item is lost, stolen, or damaged, the cost of replacement to PhotoVoice will be {text-2}.

The costs of returning the item to PhotoVoice will be covered by {name-1}. This will be sent via a tracked and signed for courier service. In the event of the item being delayed by the courier service, it is the responsibility of {name-1} to pursue relocation.

If for any reason the item is not returned by the agreed end of loan date, a late fee of £15 per day will be paid upon demand once the item is returned.
