Reserving a Training Course Place

Please complete this form to reserve places on a future PhotoVoice training course. By completing and submitting this form you are committing to attend the PhotoVoice training.

Please note that payment by invoice can only be agreed in advance, and our preferred method of payment is by card payment. Payment by invoice can be requested here, and will only be considered if there are no substantial administrative burdens involved in issuing an invoice and receiving payment.

Discounted course places are not available when paying by invoice.

This form is not confirmation of attendance, which will only be provided once the reservation has been agreed and confirmed by PhotoVoice, and if applicable, once an invoice has been issued.

Once this confirmation has been sent, all named attendees have committed to attend the course, and PhotoVoice's training terms and conditions apply, including cancellation policy.

Payment to attend the course will need to be received by PhotoVoice in full in advance of the course commencing, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Payment which has not been received in advance will result in the place being considered cancelled, and will fall under PhotoVoice's cancellation policies.

Card payments

If your reservation is successful, a place will be held for you, and payment will need to be arranged at a suitable time. This is to ensure that any reserved course places are not inadvertently booked by others.

Any bookings made online while a reserved place remains active will be considered as separate to this agreement.
