Russell Watkins

Appointed Trustee June 2014

Russell is the picture editor at the Department for International Development. He previously managed digital photography projects at the British Library, and has worked in the photographic industry for editorial, commercial and public sector clients since 1996.

Paula Bibby

Paula is a Charity Accountant and Research Finance Manager, She provides grant management, finance and governance support for medical research grants for academic research institutes and charities.

Howard Sharman
Development and Business

Appointed Trustee April 2009

Howard is MD of a communications consultancy working with environmental, renewable energy and development organisations. He worked in business publishing for more than 30 years as a journalist, editor and publisher. From June 2010 until July 2014, he was Chair of PhotoVoice’s Trustees.

Fiona Hammond

Appointed Trustee November 2012
Fiona is a senior in-house lawyer with experience in the marketing, advertising, sports and media industries. She has worked in both private practice and the public sector and is currently legal director and company secretary at Iris, a global marketing, advertising and experiential agency.

Michaela Petermann
Policy (Governance)

Appointed Trustee March 2015

Michaela the business support partner at the Victoria & Albert Museum and is responsible for programme managing the V&A’s business projects, aligning them with the Museum’s business strategy and business requirements as well as devising the Museum’s IT policies and business processes. She has worked as a business project manager for international corporates in London and Europe.

Tom Wipperman
UK Policy

Appointed Trustee March 2015

Tom is a civil servant at HM Treasury, where he currently works on defence policy and spending control, following 4 years working on banking reform. He previously worked in Bangladesh and India on a number of projects in 2006-2008.

Steve Marshall
Business and Organisational Development

Appointed Trustee March 2015

Steve is a programme director and faculty member at Ashridge Business School. He works internationally delivering a range of business and cultural change projects in private and public sector organisations. His research interests are centred on extending our capacity to use digital imagery in executive and organisational development.
